Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original box or any sturdy shipping container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
